A menu without dishes as Marga goes to the market in Inca every morning and then prepares what takes her fancy. Book well in advance for one of the coveted terrace tables and come with enough time on your hands to enjoy a tasting menu. Amazed by her creativity as I struggle to plan just our daily dinner. Bodegas Ribas The oldest winery on the island has been making wine for 300 years. Not particularly modernized even though they recently acquired a “grape-press” and stopped stomping on the grapes to extract the juice. A warm and welcoming place where you can sip a glass of wine or take an informal tasting, eat a cheese platter and buy great bottles of wine. If you are planning a boozy BBQ bring your own bottles to fill up from the taps at €2.50 per liter. A guided tour has to be booked well in advance.
