Vibrant Markets

100pcs | 49x36cm

The fresh produce markets are an integral part of life in Mallorca and will be a bustling highlight of any visit. They stay open all year around and in peak season several extra stands selling a variety of souvenirs and leather goods are added along the narrow streets.

This collage includes images of oranges from Sóller on the west coast, grapes from local vineyards, artichokes from Sa Pobla – all ripened under the Mediterranean sun and full of flavour. The drying chillies are on display in Villafranca de Bonany and the ancient scales are still in use at the Santanyi market in the south-east.

The five images are easy to tell apart as the colours are distinct and the white lines help you to quickly assemble a grid. With only 100 pieces, it’s not too complicated.
