Gourmet tapas lovingly presented, everything we tried was delicious. Some might think it is a bit pricey at first glance but considering their accumulated experience from various Michelin starred restaurants dining at Stagier is an opportunity that shouldn’t be missed. A menu without dishes as Marga goes to the market in Inca every morning and then prepares what takes her fancy. Book well in advance for one of the coveted terrace tables and come with enough time on your hands to enjoy a tasting menu. Amazed by her creativity as I struggle to plan just our daily dinner. Other outstanding female chefs on the island are Maria Salinas, Caterina (Daica Restaurante) and Maca de Castro. Visit Miceli’s website #mallorca_by_lis
